Magic Yacht Charters prides ourselves on the high-quality experience of all our charters. One method we have to ensure this standard is offering to customize your event so that the cruise is as you envision. Due to the scope of our fleet clients can select the vessel that embodies their ideal venue which our team will work to transform into your dream venue. The first method of customization are the menu and bar selections. The yacht layout will then be selected to best suit the occasion, if there are any requests they will be met whenever possible. Décor and entertainment can also be selected upon request to personalize the event. START PLANNING

Decor

Do you have a vision for your event? Our knowledgeable staff can help this vision come to life as well as offer insight into making your event as beautiful and uniquely suited for a vessel as possible. Special linen, lights, set ups, and activities are all possible aboard a Magic Yachts vessel. Your dream event can become a reality when you work with our staff to customize our vessels for your distinct style and personality.

Entertainment

All our vessels are well equipped to host a variety of entertainment. This entertainment may be musical; live bands, lounge singers, and Djs can all be accommodated due to the spacious vessels in the fleet, as well as their power capacity. Other entertainment can be photobooths, tastings, massage tables, and more! Our creative event planners are extremely well versed and able to assist you with all of your entertainment needs.

Cuisine

Magic Yacht Charters is proud that all food provided to our clientele is delicious cuisine crafted by our onboard executive chef to ensure high quality and optimum freshness. Our extensive menu options allow for our guests to select the menu that best suits their event. By preparing all the cuisine onboard we are able to customize the selection to suit dietary restrictions and preferences.

Catering Upgrade Options

Chocolate and Ice Sculptures

Want to have a statement piece to wow your guests? How about a chocolate or ice sculpture, maybe even a raw seafood selection housed in a carved ice platter? Our event staff is available to arrange a special display to showcase your meal aboard our vessels.

Cake and Dessert Stations

A cake is often the centerpiece of the meal for a celebratory event. If you want a cake at your event we can order it on your behalf or simply build a station for your selected dessert.

Wine Service or Drink Stations

Drinks are an important part of an adult event. Our bars are always customized to our events in terms of option and payment. If you want to change the structure of how drinks are served maybe drink stations or wine service is what you are looking for?

  • The standard charter length is 3 hours but additional hours are available for a surcharge.
  • All menu items are prepared onboard, check out our cuisine page to select the menu best suited to your event
