Magic Yacht Charters is sad to announce that Transport Canada as decided to prohibit all sailing of over 12 people until July 1st
due to the rapidly-evolving precautions to combat Covid 19. Due to this news all charters up to July 1st will be cancelled and you will be contacted directly
in order to make arrangements. We are currently working chronologically through all scheduled charters and we appreciate your patience at this time.
Due to the situation Magic Yachts has created a NEW flexible re-booking policy. The policy allows for charters booked on affected dates will receive a full credit of deposits paid to use toward a charter at a later date. The benefit is that it will allow you to secure 2020 charters rates for your future events! However, we understand that some people are hesitant to make any future plans with so much current uncertainty so you will be contacted by a Magic Yachts representative who will be able to discuss your options with you. As such, we want reassure you of Magic Yacht’s commitment to your safety and flexibility regarding your future plans. Your decision on future dates does not, of course, need to be immediate. If you have started your planning but have not confirmed your event please feel free to contact us to discuss and any future events. If you are booked a charter beyond 01 July (with the exception of the Celebration of Light), at this time our usual policies pertaining to deposits and transfers remain in place. Magic Yachts will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you informed with your safety as our primary concern. We would like to offer our heart-felt thanks to all of our customers for their patience and flexibility during these extraordinary circumstances.
